From the President
Welcome to Athens Bible School. What a momentous year 2018-2019 should be. We are excited about everything that is slated to occur. Off the heels of an event-filled 2017-2018, including our 75th anniversary celebration and the groundbreaking for our new campus, even greater things are in store for this year. This year’s seniors will have the distinction of spending half the year in our old building, half in the new, and be the first to graduate on the new campus. Our AdvancED accreditation was renewed last spring for another five years. Our faculty all hold the proper certifications in their respective fields and class assignments. The foundation our elementary school provides continues to be one of our most prized assets. Secondary academics are excellent, providing pathways to a rigorous University Preparatory diploma as well as up to two years of college credit through our Dual Enrollment program. Most of our students will be involved in athletics often participating in multiple sports. The very best of what is accomplished here stems from the spiritual instruction our students receive in daily chapel activities and Bible classes. Those who make the choice to attend ABS help to create an exceptional social environment. It is indeed an exciting time to be an ABS Trojan. I invite you to be a part of it as we transition while continuing to preserve our rich traditions.
